Kontact pro super-heavyweight striking shield is of very sturdy construction.In fact, it is almost indesstructible! It is, built much thicker than the norm in order to absorb very powerful blows. For this reason we recommend it for large size hard hitting adults and/or martial arts schools looking for extra hard kicking shields. It is for adults however as most chidren find it too heavy to hold. A great Full-Kontact training aid!
