I chose the large im 6´ 175 lbs and its borderline small on me. Cant use the toe straps on the inside comfortably luckily theres a foot stirrup which does a half decent job of hold it in place

pretty good value just on the small side

We recommend Extra-Large for someone 6´ tall. Also, we strongly suggest referring to the chart in the help section as it helps you choose the right size for whatever equipment you need.
