If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return to us unused, unworn and unaltered merchandise, with original receipt and tags attached within 10 days of receipt for a credit or exchange for the item. Before returning the merchandise, please call or e-mail us to get a return authorization number to identify your package. We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that do not have a return authorization number or not in their original condition. Merchandise must be in it´s original condition and showing no signs of being used or altered Shipping fees are not refundable and are the buyers responsibility. If you have not paid shipping fees on the original order under any promotion or special offer, the actual cost of shipping will be subtracted from your credit amount. We highly recommend that you insure the return package and keep its tracking number as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our company.

International Orders

Approximate delivery delays for overseas shipping (outside continental US and Canada) are of 7 to 10 weeks. To receive orders faster, you must specify that you wish to use Air-Mail which will double the shipping fees.

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Prices do not include taxes. Quebec residents must pay 5% GST and 9,5% PST Canadian residents outside Quebec must pay 5% GST No taxes are added on other countries residents Prices are subject to change without notice. Once the order has been verified through our Checkout system, your package will be shipped within 1-3 business days. During busier periods such as holidays, your package will be shipped within 2-5 days. Please double-check your shipping address, as Kontact Sports is not responsible for the cost of return for packages with the wrong or incomplete address. Orders are shipped through Canada Post Expedited parcel service for Canada and US destinations. International orders are shipped through Canada Post surface. If you need express shipping, Air Mail or do not find your country in the list, please contact us to inquire about shipping costs. Please note that additional delay may occur due to customs at the destination country. International order (outside Canada) may be subject to duties and taxes.
