PRICES & TAXES / SHIPPING
-Prices are in Canadian dollars.
-Prices do not include taxes.
-Quebec residents must pay 5% GST and 9,5% PST
-Canadian residents outside Quebec must pay either GST or HST accordingly.
-No taxes are added on other countries residents

Once the order has been verified through our Checkout system, your package will be shipped within 1-3 business days. During busier periods such as holidays, your package will be shipped within 2-5 days.

Please double-check your shipping address, as Kontact Sports is not responsible for the cost of return for packages with the wrong or incomplete address. Due to the increase in the number of online frauds, we can no longer ship to an address different from the billing address. On all orders, the billing address and shipping address must be identical.

Orders are shipped through Canada Post Expedited parcel service for Canada and US destinations.

International orders are shipped through Canada Post surface.

If you need express shipping, Air Mail or do not find your country in the list, please contact us to inquire about shipping costs.

*Please note that additional delay may occur due to customs at the destination country. International order (outside Canada) may be subject to duties and taxes. The buyer is responsible for any such extra cost. For more information about your country's custom policies, please contact your customs office directly.
RETURN / CANCEL POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return to us unused, unworn and unaltered merchandise, with original receipt and tags attached within 10 days of receipt for a credit or exchange for the item. Before returning the merchandise, please call or e-mail us to get an authorization.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that have not been preauthorized by our management team. We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that are not in their original condition or packaging. Merchandise must be in its original condition and showing no signs of being used or altered. Mouth guards and undergarments cannot be exchanged or returned if the original packaging has been opened.

Shipping fees are not refundable and are the buyer’s responsibility for all steps of the exchange. If your original order was exempt of shipping fees due to a promotion or special offer, the actual cost of shipping for the original order will be subtracted from your credit amount.

We highly recommend that you insure the return package and keep its tracking number as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our company.
